Our electrocoagulation equipment is an advanced water treatment solution that utilizes metal hydroxide produced by soluble metal anodes during flocculation to effectively remove contaminants from water. The system typically uses aluminum, iron, and other cost-effective metals for optimal performance.

Working Principle

The electrocoagulation system operates through electrochemical reactions:

Electrochemical reaction: Fe→Fe²⁺+2e
Anodizing reaction: 2OH⁻→2[O]+2e→O₂+2e (nascent oxygen has strong oxidation function)
Cathode reduction: 2H⁺+2e→2[H]→H₂ (nascent hydrogen breaks bonds and functional groups)

These oxidation and reduction functions occur continuously on the plates for effective water treatment.
